Our non-profit organization, Women Inspiring Girls To Grow, Inc., (WIGG) is dedicated to serving all girls - everywhere!
WIGG was formed in 2007 because we believe that girls need support going forward in life. They need encouragement and they need to know they have options. WIGG is the conduit to change girls dreams into reality!
Our service is to pair girls with successful professional women in the profession or vocation the girls believe they want to pursue.
We locate mentors for girls between the ages of 13 through 25 years of age and help manage those relationships.
We know that there is greatness in each girl and that is our expectation - we expect greatness!

Valerie Lambert-Reed started W.I.G.G in 2007 because she grew weary of seeing young women with no goals and aspirations for their life. She feels that bringing together female mentors and young women can help impact their lives for the better. We know that there is greatness in each girl and our job is to bring it to fruition. With your help we can continue to inspire girls to achieve their true potential!
